The Process

Discuss

My process is very simple. I start with a zoom call and a design questionnaire so I can get to know you and understand your business and goals.

Design

Based on the information you’ve provided, I’ll create a unique design for your website. This will include the layout, colours, fonts and other elements presented as a homepage, for you to review.

Build

Once you’ve reviewed the initial design I’ll make any necessary changes and then build the rest of the site. Once the site is built, I’ll do the final set-up tasks and tests and then we’ll launch the site.

Manage

This is your website care package. Everything looked after so you don’t have to deal with anything. It’s all taken care of for you including 30 mins of edits or one blog post upload, website admin, maintenance and security.

Testimonials

My job isn’t to build you a website and vanish once it’s launched.
I provide ongoing business and marketing advice from 30+ years working in the massage industry.

Q&A’s

Your website will usually take between 1 and 2 weeks to build once you’ve complete the design questionnaire and provided me with all the branding and content.

Once the creation process starts it’s really important that you respond to my questions and feedback requests quickly to keep the project on time.

I don’t write text for your website.

I’ve created numerous websites for massage therapists, if I was to write the text for all of them they’d all sound the same and just like me.

It’s important that your voice and personality shines through in your writing, that can only happen if you write the text.

However, I know how daunting it can be to write text for your website so I’ve created an online course to help –  Writing Killer Content for your Website.

Occasionally I might edit the text you provide to make it more SEO friendly and relevant for a specific section.

It’s important to use your own photos and images on your website.

I recommend images of you, you working and your treatment space. Using real images of you working and your actual space will help build trust and familiarity with your visitors.

Your website can have up to 10 pages as standard, that’s usually enough for most solo therapists.

If you’re a studio or clinic with several therapists and a wider range of therapies you may need more than 10 pages.

Additional pages are available for a small fee, please see PRICES for more info.

Yes, in fact I highly recommend you do have a blog and also that you use it by posting monthly

You can upload blog post yourself or have me upload them for you using the monthly edits allowance in your website care package.

You can either edit the content of the website yourself using the Simple Editors Admin Area or use the 30 minutes of free monthly edits include in your website care package.

Yes.

If your booking system is capable of being integrated or embedded in your website, then it is included.

Please note, not all booking systems can’t be embedded or integrated into your site. For these systems, links and buttons will open your booking system in a new browser window instead.

Aside from integrating your booking software, you can also have the following integrated on your website.

  • Contact form
  • Newsletter sign up form
  • Instagram posts

As part of building your website, I do basic on-site and on-page Search Engine Optimisations (SEO). This helps Google understand what your website and content is all about.

I don’t offer any other SEO or marketing services.
